01 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between obdjl ("we", "our", "platform") and its users ("you", "member"). By using the obdjl.lat website and all related services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

obdjl operates with the goal of providing a safe and reliable online gaming experience in the Bangladesh market. Our platform offers live casino, cricket betting, slot games, and many other game categories.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

These Terms apply to all obdjl services, including website browsing, account creation, deposits, withdrawals, accepting bonuses, and participating in any game. In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also apply.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered the final and legally binding version. On any question of interpretation, the interpretation of the obdjl authority shall be considered final.

02 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account or participate in any game on obdjl, you must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. obdjl may request identity documents or relevant proof at any time for age verification.

2.2 Accuracy of Personal Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete. obdjl reserves the right to immediately close an account if false or misleading information is provided. The following documents may be required for identity verification (KYC):

• National ID Card (NID) or passport or birth registration certificate
• Most recent bank statement or mobile banking statement
• Proof of residence (if required)

2.3 One Account Rule

Each individual may create only one account. obdjl reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit accumulated funds if the same person or family members operate multiple accounts, or if multiple accounts are operated from the same device or IP address.

03 Account Management

3.1 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

Account verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal. obdjl may verify identity at any time in the interest of security and fair play. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account with no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. A monthly service charge may apply to the balance of an inactive account. Logging in again will reactivate the account.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at obdjl is ৳500. We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Deposits are generally processed instantly, though bank transfers may take a little longer.

• Use only payment methods registered in your own name
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Before making a withdrawal request, ensure that:

• Your account has been fully verified
• The wagering requirements for any applicable bonus have been met
• The withdrawal method and account are registered in your own name

4.3 Currency and Taxes

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus and you must wager a total of ৳3,000 × 15 = ৳45,000 before making a withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A member may claim any one bonus offer only once
• Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus expires
• Contribution rates may differ across certain games while a bonus is active
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated
• obdjl reserves the right to cancel bonuses and winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse

5.3 VIP Program

The obdjl VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

06 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

obdjl is firmly committed to the fair play policy. All games offered on our platform are provided by reputable game providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming and others. The outcome of each game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Gaming Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game. obdjl reserves the right to change individual or overall bet limits as needed.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted or the connection is lost for any reason, the system will attempt to restore the game automatically. If that is not possible, your placed bet will be refunded. In the event of a server or network error, obdjl's decision shall be considered final.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of accumulated funds:

• Playing games using bots, scripts or automated software
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the system in any way
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts
• Attempting to influence outcomes in collusion with other members ("collusion")
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing
• Using false identity or documents
• Participating in any form of fraudulent activity
• Taking fraudulent action to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes against obdjl

08 Privacy and Data Protection

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

• Unauthorized access to your account caused by factors outside our security systems

In all cases, obdjl's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount of that specific transaction.

11 Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Closure by obdjl

obdjl may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Evidence of fraud or dishonest conduct
• Court or government order
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Indefinite inactivity

11.2 Closed by Member

You can request to close your account at any time through the support team. Please withdraw any balance remaining in your account before closure. Any bonus funds for which the applicable wagering conditions have not been met will be forfeited.

12 Changes to Terms and Conditions

obdjl reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of important changes, members will be notified by email or through a notification on the platform.
